Default Yet Another "Wheel" Squeek Diag needed

2001 Dodge Dakota 3.9L RWD SLT MT. 62kmi. Owned like 6 weeks now. (oh and dodge of Bellevue gave it a 'clean bill of health' harhar)

I have this really nice high pitched 'squeak' likely coming from the front/right side. The squeak speed and pitch go with the wheel speed (the faster I go the quicker the squeak, the slower I go the longer the squeek noise is) so i do not believe it is sway bar related (yes, I did do some searching before I posted). What completely throws me for a loop here is that EVERY time I apply the brakes the squeak goes away. No exceptions.

Bearing? U-Joint? Brakes going out? Not the sway bar.

I did notice this after some strong vibrations while driving down the road right before. Not sure if the two are related.

Any thoughts on what to get checked would be greatly appreciated!

High spot on the brake rotor. The pad is tapping it every time the high spot rolls past.
It could also be in the rear.

Could be the low pad indicator (little metal nubb on pad) if it has one. Pull the wheel and check.

If it's vibrating when the brakes are not applied, it sounds like a bearing. When you apply the brakes it might be putting enough of a different force on it to stop it from squeaking. But if it vibrates when you apply the brakes then it could be worn brake pads and warped rotors.
