swapping the front to straight axle is gonna a whole lotta work!

um for air ride in the front, get some chevy bag cups (i forget the years to get) but they'll essentially keep the bag level with lift and you won't need to cut them because all you want is to go higher.

in the rear, your gonna wanna get some kinda panhard bar or watts link. they'll keep the truck from swaying really bad lifted. i'd recommend a 6 link... you'll get the most lift outta it and its stable.

that consists of (1) parallel 4 link kit, and (2) bag bars.

those are the big parts... the smaller parts are gonne nickle and dime you to death... 4 fill valves...4 dump valves.. airline for the whole system, an air tank, compressors for the air supply...T valves... bag mount plates. to name a few lol

you won't need to notch the frame because it sounds like you just wanna have it lifted for the road. which the air ride will allow the lift (and if not fully inflated or aired out) the ride is extremely comfy... lil bouncy.. but its soft.

with the lift you'll want different shocks.. the front you can get away without using shocks, but if you want them... bat i think is gettin ready to put shocks on the front of his.

in the rear you'll wanna get longer shocks... since i have a monster notch and wanna layout... i'ma have Ford F350 rear shocks on mine... the stroke of the shock will allow me to (almost) air up all the way and when i'm aired completely out, it'll be fully compressed. hope this helps too! lol
