Stick it on the dyno and find out.

I'm going to say 210 hp and 280 lb-ft, but your exhaust could be killing torque or hp

Yes dyno is going to be your best friend. But stock at the engine it makes 230HP and 280TQ so take off 50 for transmission or so since you got a manual. So ruffly 180HP and 230TQ. Your mods at best will add 10-15HP. So maybe around 195HP and 245TQ. Don't be surprised if you get even less.

on the average, manual's lose 15%, auto lose 20% through the drivetrain. 4x4's will be even worse.

so assuming 2wd, 20hp/25TQ in mods, im gonna say 210WHP, 260 WTQ.

+1 for that.

My 86 w250 put about 180/260 to the tires, after the holley 600, edelbrock performer cam, edlelbrock performer manifold, msd coil, mopar performance ecm and distributor, hooker long tube headers, and 3" catless exhaust.

Yay for stupid low compression!

That was through 35" tires, 3/4 ton axles, and a torqueflight though, so not too shabby.
