sorry for the late response, but I'd consider the O2 sensors, yes, and do the fuel filter if you haven't (or it's been a while), check your spark plug WIRES, check your ball bearings and other suspension bushings - replacing if worn, and pretty much just wait for the next problem to happen.
How about your transmission? How's it doing? Have you ever changed the fluid and filter? How is it shifting?
Keep in mind that your truck does have that many miles on it, so you shouldn't put too much money into it IMO. Maybe start saving up to replace it when it eventually has a major failure.
