ignition key quit working

2002 Dodge Dakota ignition key quit working no warning nothing
also how do you remove the tilt wheel lever

sounds like the ignition itself needs to be replaced. happened to my dodge stratus. not sure about the tilt wheel

well if the lever is anything like my 2000, it should just unscrew off.
