Tire Help... yes tires
the past week ive been searching the threads for tire sizes and have came up with some answers but i havent found anyone that did what i want to do.
im lifting my 2wd truck (yeah i know 2wd) 6inches (3" fabtech and 3" body) and i want to know what the biggest tire i can fit is? will 35"s fits?

Maybe, Maybe not! On my 1st Gen. when I had it 2wd I lifted up 4in. 2in susp. 2in body. I was able to clear 31's up front. So 2 more inches would clear 33's up front. And 1st and 2nd Gens suspension are really close. Are you sure that fabtech makes a kit for 2wd.

I basically swapped frames. I found a rollover with same engine/ body/ bed size as mine and put my cab and bed on top. Easy but time consuming. But worth it. If you wanted to read my write up here it is. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1st-gen...x2-to-4x4.html
For yours since it is a 98 with more electronics, you may need to add in some extra wires for the transfercase and maybe add in the 4wd computer. If you really wanted check the service manual it is in the stickys in this section for all the wires and all.
