Default How much lift do I have?

Greetings all. New member here. I recently inherited a 4.7L Dakota quad cab. It has some neat mods from previous owners. What I'm trying to figure out now is how much lift is under it. Is there a spec sheet out there somewhere that can tell me how much distance there was between center of hub and wheel well when the Dakota was stock? Is this the best way to measure?? (The difference between stock height and current height)? See attached picture to kinda see what I am talking about. Soon I'd like to put some bigger tires under there. Thanks.

Are there blocks under it? It doesn't really look to me like it was lifted. Previous owner probably tuned the torsion bar to even the front end with the rear, but if i had to say it was lifted, doesn't look to be any more than 2-3", but it really looks stock to me... Idk, maybe somebody else can help.

It looks like the front is sitting a bit higher then the rear. If this is the case, see if its the rear sagging, check the springs make sure they have arc, etc. If everything is good, and you determine the torsion bars are cranked, I would lower them back down to factory spec, unless you have an interest in having a lift.

At most they cranked te TB's and threw some blocks in the rear.

what they said. the rear is stock spacing, the front looks like the bars were cranked.
