Default is my alternator working right?

Yesterday i was re-wiring my lights and when checking them i tested the voltage when the truck was turned on. I was hopping to se 14V but i saw 13.55 at the battery terminals.

Is this normal? Shoudn't the alternator be giving me 14V?

After this i did some tests,
1. Tested the voltage in the alternator itself at idle (not at the battery terminals) Voltage was 13.6V
2. I turned on the truck and then disconnected the positive battery terminal, truck kept running (which tells me that the alternator at least can keep the truck running) The voltage at the alternator terminals were 13.8 volts and was fluctuating a little

Tested the following at idle (mesured at the battery terminals)
1. headlights off. 13.55
2. headlights on. 13.4V
3. headlights, fog lights and auxiliary lights on. 13.18V

Then i rev the engine to 2000 RPM and tested the following (measured at the battery terminals)
1. headlights off. 13.74
2. headlights on. 13.7
3. headlights, fog lights and auxiliary lights on. 13.5V

This doesn't seem right to me, i would expect that at least at 2000 RPM the alternator to give 14V.
Any suggestions? Should i just buy another alternator?
