Power Steerin Pump Problems

Default Power Steerin Pump Problems

I Installed A brand new Power steering pump yesterday and i done just what everyone told me to do to get the air out but, Now all my fluid is shooting out the top and leaking around my cap and it is still hard to steer. Any Help would be greatly App.

I've never heard of that unless you just have a bad pump...

So, you installed a new pump, and it's shooting fluid up near the pump cap (I'm assuming, if you were to take the cap off with the engine running, it would shoot right straight up towards the hood).

Yea, sounds like that new pump is jacked up, like 00DakR/t said.
