Default Tornado and Fog Lamps

Ok what is this Tornado thing that everyone is raving about? Will it work on a K&N FIPK with TB spacer? And is it just a waste of money? Any info will be helpful.

Secondly, does anyone have any info on either replacing the bulbs or changing the entire foglamp assembly? I want to get either brighter lights or install driving lamps in the stock location but I am not sure what will fit. I would like something that utilizes the OEM positions and was wondering if anybody makes a direct fit replacement? Thanks again for any info you people may have for me.

Thanks guys I really appreciate the info on the Tornado. I thought it was bs when I heard and read about it. Thanks again.

914dakota, thanks for the info on the fog light set up. I will be looking into this replacement for my stock setup. It drives me nuts at night because I got something called astigmatism in my eye and it makes it difficult to drive at night, especially when it rains. I will let ya know if I can find the Pilot setup.
