Purolater Pure 1 oil filter. Any dino oil will do, though i have been leaning towards the Mobil 1 5000 due to its longer life. (6 months or 5000 miles)

I use Mobil 1 5W30 Full Synthetic with teh Fram Synthetic Filter. Change at every 3000-5000km or two months. Whichever comes first.

Royal Purple is another over rated oil. It has an ingrediant that is important should you RUN OUT of oil. So unless you plan on running out of oil its not worth the money. Get Pennzoil or Valvoline synthetic... IMO those are 2 oils that protect well and aren't overly expensive and me and my father have been using either Valv or Pennz for a long time and never had an problems what so ever.

AMSOIL is a great oil too, but you have to order it. Not sold in stores.

This is just my opinion though.

i agree with the guy that posted about the lucas stuff supposedly it foams up or something i think it was on the oil guys site and mobil 1 full synthetic 10w-30 in the summer and 5w-30 in the winter with a mopar/mobil 1/napa gold filter depends on where i am and if i wanna save a couple bucks from the mobil 1 filter...the book says 5w-30 up to 100 degrees and 10w-30 down to 0 so either is fine and with synthetic it doesn't matter as much since its a little thinner anyways

Anybody know what Dodge uses? The previous owner of my truck had it done at the dealer he bought it from every 3k miles and I've always wondered what oil they use.
