Headlight mods.
I got hids from ebay for 15.00 They are 10 times brighter than stock and they have a nice blue tint to them also. I found myself driving around with low beams on more often then when I had the stock lights.

You really shouldn't have your highs and lows on at the same time. Like CSC said, you would be melting stuff, fring fuses, and blowing out bulbs. Just upgrade your headlights all together if you want more light.
