Default T-case shifter extension

im sure a big part of it are my junk tires, but even when it is moist out my rear tires just spin and i have to reach WAY down to shift into 4HI till i hit second gear... this got old so we decided to take some threaded rod and a coupler and extend the shifter... the bolt is 10mmx1.5 oddly enough the nut fit perfect on the threaded rod, but the coupler did not like the threads on shifter so we just kinda crammed it on. took some measurements then bent the threaded rod with the vice and torch. and tack welded it to the coupler so it wouldnt swing around.. this is the result

this is all the way down in 4LO

It does look pretty good. I say either paint the extension black or cover it with a silicone hose or something to make it look nicer.

I wish I could make my tires spin. I have to be in gravel/ice/super wet smooth pavement to make my 4 banger spin one rear tire lol
