HID conversion.

I don't know what you mean by "cheap", that's gonna probably be my next upgrade.

My cheapest (and probably my most favorite) mod was adding LED's inside the cab. Throughout the instrument panels, behind the speaker panels and under the dashboard (so they shine down on the floor mats). I have an awesome subtle blue glow throughout the truck. Not very bright at all....just enough to catch the eye. It looks awesome and I get soo many compliments on it.

I hope to have the LSD installed in my rear differential this summer. I want it for the snow mostly though. Don't know if you already have LS in yours though.

Are you looking for performance upgrades, or more appereance upgrades?

i would love to get a roll bar for the bed, one that attaches to the sides of the bed and doesn't go down in because of the tool box, but i can't find anyone that makes one for the daks

how much would you be willing to spend on that? easily fabricated....
you have the same box i do right the low profile one?

im thinkning a rail mounted roll bar even if its just for looks would be rather flimsy bolted to sheetmetal, but you could notch the bed rail and run the tube right down to the floor.

and for a nominal fee i could take some steel to my buddys shop and build ya one

yea ive got the same tool box, its awesome tons of room by the way
i was prolly lookin round the 200 range
yea ive got a buddy who works at a muffler shop and they've got a pipe bender and all that, so ive got the in on that
i used to have a cad mock up of a full roll bar that would come up from the bed and then go back towards the tailgate, it was bad ***, but my free license on that program ran out
pretty much i was looking at one of these two but of course they don't make them for the dakota
