well i need to get the top pad off to shave the heater vent, smooth and paint the whole thing, and to fix the crack i made...

this truck is never gonna see a stock heater box ever again....

I dont care what he says, its more than I wanna play with lol. When mine needs a heater core Ill have a LOT of thinking to do

really wasnt that bad, getting the box out anyways,
if it wasnt for the crack id have it all back together now

if it wasnt so cold who knows maybe id take all the wireing off hte dash and bolt it all back together in the truck with no dash and start a hand fiberglassed unit

have fun on cold days with no heater core it's going to get foggy. How long did it take you to remove everything?

couple hours with the cold
i never said im not gonna have heat... just not the stock one
