Question idles down and dies

I have a 01 Dakota 3.9l v6 and i alway had trouble with the truck dying when it idles down. If i tap the accelorater and take it to about 1500rpm the truck wiil idle down till it dies. It starts right back and does not give any codes. Also if i am backing up a hill and cut the wheels hard it will kill the motor. Any ideas on wat could be the problem? Thanks

start by cleaning you TB, then look at the IAC, that seems like a common problem on here.

+1 on IAC. Be sure to handle it carefully and not drop it or you will need a new one. Clean the black crusty crud off the pintle end gently, with a shop rag sprayed with carb cleaner.

Try what they said. My truck has sometime stalled out while turning but only when in 4x4 I was planning on doing that but there is a boat in my way thawing out
