My extended warranty expires soon

I have an '04 Dakota. 3.7, auto, with 67,000 miles on it. My extended warranty expires soon. Any advice or potential issues I should have checked out before it expires? I appreciate your input.

suspension parts would go first but i still think you got some time on the clock.

have that transmission looked at. i have a 04 3.7 auto and my extended warranty ran out at 69,750 an my truck lost 1st, 4th, and reverse all at 70,950.
