You can just replace the center, if you can find a replacement. If not the a good auto glass shop can make one. Very simple. You do have to remove the entire window to replace the center. Or go to a junkyard.

If you do buy a new one . . .
CR Laurence has a cheaper one compared to lmctruck
You need to make an account, and I am sure the quality isn't as good.
But it is 80 bucks cheaper

DO NOT BUY CR LAURENCE!
We had one installed in my son's '01 Dak and it does not fit correctly - it is an external window (universal fit gasket), meaning it is not flush in the frame and leaves a big ugly (1/2") gap between the interior trim and the window. It ends up looking like the gasket was installed inside-out. Their installation guide instructs the installer to fill that big gap with windshield goo. The POS is noisy - sounds like driving with the doors ajar; and it looks like crap.
You will have to spend big bucks to get a good one.

just go to your local junkyard, i replaced my solid rear window with a slider this past summer, only cost me $35, its a PITA job but should only take you a couple hrs to take one out and clean it up then another hour to clean up the window frame and put it in.
