Default Loss of power & mpg.

Latley I have noticed a loss in power and gas mileage. I thought this was due to my rotted out stock muffler, but last week I replaced it with a Hooker Aero Chamber. Today I made the drive from home to school (230 mi) and noticed my gas mileage is not getting any better and it still feels like its falling on its face on hills. Kinda like its bogging down. The truck didn't do this when I first bought it about 14months ago. Since I have put 16k miles on it and now is at 114k. Just trying to figure out why she seems to be losing power.

Couple things I've been thinking it could be would be maybe my cat is getting clogged. I don't know the last time the plugs were changed, this could be SMALL portion, but worth looking into. I don't think its an 02, no CEL's yet... It has a K&N drop in which I just cleaned around Thanksgiving time. Just trying to give as much info as possible.

Any suggestions?

First off, yeah my tires have plenty of air in them, I check them often.

Secondly, actually I HAVE noticed a lot of water coming out the tail pipe. I noticed yesterday because there was this big frozen puddle from where it all came out while it was warming up...

Why does more water/condensation come out when the cat is clogged?

And isn't there actually 3 cats, what are the 2 coming down from the manifold?

Default useless parts?

"And isn't there actually 3 cats, what are the 2 coming down from the manifold?"

yea what are those things? i was gonna take mine off because must trucks ony have one right. i think the only inspection we get in new york are the tailpipe test on emissions.

any more input on these "mini-cats" would be helpful. thanks
