I don't like the clear tails on the silver. Looked ok on white but not on silver. Tinted tails look so much better IMO. But looks like you got some work to do. Looks like she needs some tlc. I like the exhaust though.

Actually i did. His name is Will, not sure on last name, but he is a small guy with a goatee.

I don't know how long he had the truck, from the title date it showed he only owned it for about 3 months or so.

But the truck has a ton of problems with it mainly suspension and fluid leaks.

All 4 ball-joints are shot to hell, tie rod ends are shot, tranny pan gasket is leaking, front main seal is leaking, power steering pump had no fluid in it so its probably burnt up. Shocks are shot, the tranny fluid and oil looked decent to my surprise, but his truck will be totally rebuilt and i dont mind the problems really, but he told me the ball-joints where replaced and i knew he was lieing from the load *** popping noises it made everywhere, but i didn't say anything. He mainly got lucky because it was a single cab and close to white and i didnt want to drive to Ohio to get the other truck i was looking at. So we gave i gave him 5200 for it.

Other then that everyone else is decent on it, paint ect, the engine bay needs LOTS of work... my last engine bay was clean enough to eat off.

Here is a photo of my last engine bay and a photo of my truck before it burnt down, his truck is going to be built better and look better then my white one.

Yeah, he said one of his friends was going to buy it or something. He drove it back and delivered it to me.

Truck feels like a turtle compared to my 2000 R/T. I had full bolt ons, built 46re with 2800stall. It was making pretty much double the power this one is. Its completely stock besides the Cat Back Spin-tech Exhaust. Which is a decent exhaust system im going to cut it off and put my PPH headers back on and 3in Exhaust from my old truck on this one and have the side exit welded on or ill just sell it i dont know yet.

But a completely stock r/t only puts down about 180 at the wheels i had almost double that in the other truck, the only thing that makes these truck feel fast is the outragous amount of torque they create at low rpms.. 344lbs stock... mine was almost double that also.

I know how to rip these motors apart and i know pretty much every bolt size and where every ****ing sensor is in the engine bay... so this one is going to be a beast when im done with it, as im going to do everything the right way this time and save time and money.

I already have a set of 2.02 heads waiting to go on Indy Ram heads, a Comp Cam with about .564 lift and crazy dur. 114lsa .600lift valve springs and a set of 1.7 Roller rockers, my old exhaust is going back on, and then after that the intake manifold and throttle body are being changed out.

If i get enough back from insurance, a guy is selling a bottom end 408 block for 6k on DD.com i might pick that up and drop it in. If not ill do full bolt ons again and get some low compression pistons and supercharge it.

My goal with my last truck was about 500rwhp which is enough to pretty much spank all the basic **** talking ****s on the highway and stoplights, but after i get this done and get another daily driver ill make it a full drag truck. That was my plan with the white one.

Many people to contact if you need OBD1 flashes. A lot of people hate doing it since its so much more work then just pulling charts on a computer.

Tom Leach,
Tom Fox,
B&G Flash
Standalone Systems
ect.

You just have tio research and find some places that do it. I would try either Tom Fox, or B&G they seam to have some good guys working on the OBD2 and from this link below this has some guys that MIGHT work on the OBD1 computers. Look into it.

Yes like said above BG can. http://www.bgperformancepcm.com/#magnum
We have the link posted in the FAQ2 in the 1st Generation Dakota Sub-Forum.

Edit: This is a copy and paste from there. A few more options.

Computer Reprogrammers

There are very little for Dodge OBD1.

The best would be a Mopar performance computer. You can get them at http://www.mopar.com/performance/index.html or http://www.summitracing.com/

Jet chips has a plug in. It has been cheep quality and not worth it for most. http://www.jetchip.com/

You can get http://www.hypertech.com/Products/Po...uning%20Module (No reviews yet)

Here is one that flashes and can give you a handheld unit. http://www.bgperformancepcm.com/#magnum
At once this site had it listed but the site seems to be down now. http://nrar.com/

You can Also get get a multi-processor-driven signal manipulator that goes in-line between your engine and ECU.
http://www.unichip.us/dodge.asp
Petersen's 4Wheel & Off-Road Magazine did an article on it.

Sorry your bolt on rt wasn't making close to 700 ft lbs of torque. Thats a joke and you know it. More like 450. Not trying to be a d!ck, but you know it wasn't making that.
