He doesn't, I can guarantee that.

I ran a cold air intake for 6 months

Average MPG with it? 19.18*
Average MPG without it? 19.35*

Several hundred gallons logged on the test. Cold air is dense, that's why you make power. You want warm air if you're going for fuel economy. You are essentially de-tuning your engine to improve gas mileage with warm air.

*Denotes around a 50/50 split between highway and city.

Omfg I'm so sick of hearing Madison and his dr.gasmilage bull. Just because someone was able to do something and you weren't doesn't mean it can't be done. Only God can pull that off.

Do you REALLY think that the air from the ebay 'CAI' is THAT much cooler than the standard one. No, it is not 40 degrees cooler or anything. They just flow better resulting in more power and of course better fuel economy. Maybe if they really had cold air induced into them, but they don't. The air going into the ebay CAI (or any other CAI for that matter) is hardly any cooler then the standard intake. Especiallly seeing the put the filter in the same spot.

My god eveytime some makes a post with the word gas in it they are incorrect and ill-informed.
