I'm replacing the driver side headlamp assembly, after a deer destroyed it on impact, on my 2000 Dakota. I cannot seperate the base and lights enough to install the middle bulb in the bottom row. the turn signal..any ideas how to get enough seperation to install lamp into socket

 

I'm not to sure my self. But you can check the service manual in this section.
