Default So I got bored today...

I decided to use up my can of bedliner i had laying around the garage, next week ill pick up another can of it and put a lot more coats on to build it up and to fix some of the spots that peeled off
un touched looks all faded right

after sanding

first coat

second coat

after third coat and a final spatter coat to give it some texture

i might also at some point take off the bumper and paint the metal under these pads black and clear them to match the body they are really faded as well as i need to pound out some dents from the previous owner
tell me what you think, i love bedliner

Looks good I thought about doing the same thing with mine. I just helped out my buddy put bedliner on his ram last night and turned out really well.

Had to fix rust on the door so he got the idea why try to match it with paint when he could do this and I think it looks better anyway.

It was free and it came with 2 lights and the other 2 I got at advanced for 19.99 each and it was easy to install drill holes in bed then put bolts in and it was simple.

So I came to the decision today while I'm at work right now that once it gets warmer I'm gonna buy another duplicolr bedliner kit and put another layer on to make it thicker

how did you get that texture i used the same thing duplicolor bedliner in a spray can and it didn't have any texture to it at all i tried the slow and thick approach and the faster and more coats approach too wasn't lucky with either like the idea may do the same
