Yes, it does. I think me and you essentially have the exact same truck. I would lose gas mileage with the 4.10s, i'm not sure right now, but most of my driving is city and they should help there.
4.10s put me at 1950rpms at 70. 3.55s are about 2300. A substantial jump but nothing insane. I think I may go with a little taller tire too, so It won't be as bad.

Thats backwards. 3:55's will give you about 2k at 70, 4:10s will give you 2300.
