Default service 4x4 and air bag lights

I have a 2001 dakota that i recently picked up and I am trying to solve 2 problems.
The service 4x4 light is on and I have checked the the actuator it works I have replaced the blue module with the 3 plugs (as most posts I have read lead to this being bad) with a brand new 1 light is still on. Any Ideas would be apreciated.
2nd problem air bag light is on I replaced both air bags and the module (truck was in a good front accident prior to purchase no pinched wires) light wont turn off. I have disconnected the battery and reset the ecm. but I need some more help. I feel like I am just throwing parts at this thing I just want it fixed. Please Helpppppp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks Guys

I'd say take it to the dealer and have them scan for codes. Only the dealer can pick up codes that are not CEL related. Once you have the codes in hand, go from there. Best I can tell ya.
Once we know the codes, we can help out. There are a multitude of things that could be wrong, know what I mean?
It may be a far fetch, but the two problems may even be related to one another. I know you said no pinched wires, but are you absolutely positive? I'd double check everything.
