Spark Plug Poll...
#21
I've used autolite platinums and a couple different champions and mine really ran poorly with those, especially the champion "truck" plug. Haven't ran anything else but it has run best on the 3923 by far. NGK does make a good plug but since the 3923 works so well there's really no reason for me to switch. I would like to go one step up on the heat range just to see if it will run a little more cleanly when the engine is cold without creating any other problems.

I think the reason everyone uses Autolights are few have tried anything else. Price wise Autolights are the best but then again they are a cheap plug. We are going to try NGK this year and see if it makes any improvement especially up in the higher RPM range where I burn huge amounts of fuel.
