True, True, I am also looking at a set of Gibson Ceramic Coated Headers. to compliment the true duals and intake and TB. I am also , when I get the headers, going to cut out my dinomax muffler and throw in an H pipe, and a Hooker Aerochamber D/In D/out muffler. Where should I locate the H pipe? Before the Cat, After the cat? or after the muffler? I am going to go with 2.75" or 3" slant cut chrome tips on a same side exit right before my right rear tire

and dont worry about drilling etc. b/c its just an obdII connection. with about 50 diff gauges.
That gauge isn't compatible with the 2005 and older dodge vehicles. At least they don't list any as being compatible

http://www.aeroforcetech.com/files/A...ide_basic3.pdf looks like you can use it for the 2005.

as for the exhaust question, no clue. ask the muffler shop if you aren't going to do it yourself. otherwise just do a cat-delete.
