yea, i just want to do something over the summer with my buddies. I live in a town where nothing goes on at all, people go to work and sulk in their houses all day lol.

my friends dads shop went out of buisness so they have a 2 acre indoor shop full of every kind of tool you can imagine. they even have some kind of casting machine that can create the motor case or whatever. I would like to take full advantage of what is offered lol. I was thinking about roll bars and making our own custom grill guards and whatnot with all the leftover steel.

the possibilities are endless!

DAMN!! I would be using that shop everyday if I had the chance. My town is the same way nothing fun to do and when we do find something to do some stupid old person calls the cops on us and ruins our fun even tho most of it isnt hurting anything. Our lives are so boring the other day we found a 6foot tall dump truck tire that was out in the woods and rolled it down a big hill we had some fun with that now only if we can find a bigger hill lol

If I could swap any motor into my truck, it would for sure be a 5.9/6.7 cummins...

you can get a lot of hp out of them but its gonna cost more than it worth. If i was gonna but a diesel in mine i would go with the 5.9

An 8.0 V10 how the heck would that fit you'd have to do some firewall work wouldnt you not to mention beefing up the rest of the drivetrain to accept the v10 without blowing the other parts up?

I go to Brazil every year and there are so many Dakota's down there and I always stop to look at some of the acessories alot of them have including the odd tail lights from the factory, but the biggest wow to me is %80 of them are Diesel! I have a link here to prove it http://www.webmotors.com.br/webmotor...=1037&pagina=2 Check out yahoo brasil and search autos type in Dodge Dakota and you will see,I asked my local dealer here in the U.S. why we don't have a diesel available here and he tried to tell me that there is no such thing available even in Brazil and I showed him and about four employees gathered around the monitor in amazement,so just to let all you guy's know it is available.

sweet, all of the American cars that are produced or sold in Europe have the orange blinker in the rears, i would see corvettes with the orange not full red like they are in the us.
