Let the engine warm up before you rev it.

Sounds good doesn't it?

if your not doing a whole lot on inclined driving you will be fine, my efan doesnt even come on when idleing in traffic. and on the rare occasion it does pop on it brings it back down in about 15-30 seconds.

I did take it hunting a a couple days ago and it almost overheated when making the big climb up the mountain, and it prolly didnt help that the ac was blasting at full(wasnt paying attention). So im thinking about adding a higher flowing electric that i can switch on whenever I go hunting and what not. I really want to stay away from those fan clutches.

I like being able to hear my truck purr, not have a asthema attack.

your truck sounds 100% better without the clutch fan btw!

if you have room keep it behind your seat or something incase you need to throw it on thats what i do i have a sub behind the drivers seat so i just keep it on the floor since that space is useless anyways just make sure its upright or the way it says on it to store it or it wont work if you ever need to put it back on

yesterday my fan came on three times in an hour of traffic.
efan brings it down to 195* maybe. think im running 10* hottier now.
use to stay at 185 all the time. just going to watch the coolent.
it's still in the 40's here, when it starts getting in the 90's i might have to
start carrying the cfan.

Mine says store "face down", and that's how it is laying under the seat.
