talk about a pain in the a$$ to work on my manager has a 01 4cyl and if u thought we had no room in the engine compartment u need to see this thing
to change the spark plugs u have to remove the ac compressor, and when u want to change the oil filter u have to jam ur hand up into a tiny hole to get the filter then the oil shoots down some slide next to the oil pan plug (which is kinda cool)

i like my dakota better but if i had this v8 in that s10 it would be sick.
the biggest gm put in it was a 4.3l v6.
The thing is the frames, some rear ends, and the radiators couldn't handle the V8 power and heat. The trannies don't bolt up either. Whereas the R/T Dakota is already set up for the big power V8

Yes, the dak's are already setup for the V8, however the aftermarket parts selection is slim for It. The S-10, on the other hand, has a huge aftermarket parts selection. I still would like a Dak with a 6.1L Hemi under the hood. That truck w9uld friggin move!

To each his own. My dream is to havea full size quad cab pickup that will walk all over Mustang's n Corvette's. However, I'm not a millionaire so i'll be achieving this by paying my truck off and buying an 08 QCSB RAM 2WD. Do a true four link suspension out back, bag It. Then supe up the 6.7L diesel motor, and etc. I realized a long time ago that trying to achieve this goal, with a gas motor was gonna be way too expensive. Neways, yeah, so one day........one day. Lol.
