Wink Hey all

Hy all im new here just wanna introduce myself to everyone so i got a dakota 2004 quad cab slt and im thinking about which is the best exhaust system should i put on??? I want to install headers first and split it double to the end the of the truck.(full system) you know what i mean? thx (ooohh by the french canadian here sry for my english im trying to do the best i can )

if its the 4.7 dont really bother with headers, not worth it, stockers do just fine. and imo just keep the stock piping and replace the muffler/cat.

Yeah I must agree the 4.7s stock manifolds are good and for exhaust I think the 4.7's sound good with flowmaster but check youtube cause there are 1,000's of vids of daks with different exhausts.

i have tried all differant mufflers, no muffler to me still sounds the best, as long as you dont get a ticket for not having it. i rolled mine through emissions test and the guy said it sounded great, he never looked twice at it, just at my cat to see if it was still there. i cut my muffler off and put a straight pipe in its place, but, i can put it back on in under 5 minutes if needed.
