I like mine, i have a 5 speed and i think it helps put the power down better than the autos. no complaints about the 3.9.

Yeah the 5-speed would walk all over the auto. Uless it gets in a numb spell (the truck have now) dont konw why it does it but when it gets that way one with a 4 banger counld beat me.

This is my 1997 3.9l 5 speed 4x4. Extras include 3 cans of spray foam, roll of duct tape, and many cans of spray paint. It has acquired the name "The Dude" over the years. However my girlfriend still refers to it as "That embarrassing P.O.S. that you make me drive" It has cherry bomb exhaust and is ridiculously loud and obnoxious sounding. 205k+ miles on original engine and transmission. As embarrassing as it is to drive , it is very reliable and I don't think I'll ever get rid of it. This 3.9 is the most powerful v6 I have ever driven and it tows wonderfully. It's a daily driver as well as off road. Rides like a Cadillac, looks like a... well...

Super clean truck. I like it a lot. I like those Coopers as well. Sweet tread pattern.

Any lift to it at all? TB crank? Just looks a little higher, may be the camera angle.

For my senior project we're designing the HVAC system for a huge library in Chicago that's entirely glass. I plan to do it for a career once I'm done. Just thought you might find that interesting since you're an installer.
