I don't know if this has been started already. But lets get some pictures up of your 2nd Gen. Dakota. If it is stock, lifted, lowered what ever post them up. Post up where you live. What you do. What every you want.
I may have a 1st Gen. but to get it started.
It is a 1993 Dakota. It started out as 2wd 5.2 V8. I converted it to 4wd and dropped in a 5.9 magnum. Tons of performance parts like Mopar performance computer to 1.7 RRs. Lots of upgrades to the suspension like Ram2500 rear springs, indexed lift torsion bar keys. Rear locker 33in tires. This truck is a lot of fun.
I live in Albuquerque NM. I work at my local base as a machinist.
Now your guys turn.

The 3.7l V6 mated to NV3500 5spd just ROCKS. She was wearing the 16x8 American Racing ar320's and 265/75 BFG KO2's when I bought her. Next month I'll finally have the 3.92 gear ratio in her. I'm really looking forward to that.

Well....you asked for it.... here's mine 2000 Dodge Dakota Sport 4.7L.
I'm Ludo, i live in the Netherlands and Dakota's are very rare over here, in fact there are probably les than 10 Regular Cab's like mine in the country.
Most of them are 1st gen Durango's, all together first and second gen Dakota's and first gen Durango's will be less than a 100 nationwide.
This is why i love this forum so much, i learn allot about my car and how to repair and upgrade it.
There for i wanna thank everyone who post and helps other people like me.
Parts are very hard to come by over here and i often figure something out and make changes or repairs if needed with European components.
Keep them pictures coming and keep this thread alive and kickin'

I use mine as a secondary family vehicle and work truck. 4.7L, 2WD.
Here it is relocating the dog house the other day.
For some reason the image upload would only get to 10% and die so I'm gonna host it myself.

He's a great dane, name is Lurch. He's about 150 pounds but he's over 6 feet if he stands up good and straight on his back legs. He spends his nights inside nowadays, but we keep the dog house so he has some shelter when he's outside.
