Post Odometer calibration?

Ok, I have been getting at the most 12 mpg and at the least like 9... Last night I was driving home from my old High School's graduation and decided to check the odometer and trip. with the mile markers. I WAS RIGHT! My odo/trip is off a little more than .10 of a mile ever mile consistently...

Is there any way of figuring out how to calibrate it and/or figure out what my true mileage is?

lol yeah I want one too. But would you be able to change the odo/trip with it? I'm kinda bummed because I have been trying to figure out why my mileage is SO BAD! And with my truck reading a mile at 1.1 to 1.2 miles... Thats a pretty sizable amount of fuel over the long run.

You can pick up a 3715 for under $200 on Ebay and can find them even cheaper on Craigslist if you hunt around. This is how I got mine. I put a performance tune on mine, adjusted the speedo and actually felt like I gained a little power with 1-2mpg increase. Of course my mpg increase went out the window because I like to get into it now (love the sounds of my exhaust lol). Speedo is right on with GPS and I use mid-grade even though Superchips says premium, haven't had a problem yet and its been almost 2 years.
