For me in my truck 90's is the braking point of needing the AC. Although here in the desert, the UV rays can hurt. Even if the temp is low. So with good tint I may have windows up with AC on. Or just one half way up, just to block the UV's but no AC.

But in the car, with it being black the AC is almost always needed no matter what temperature.

see we have usually incredibly hot weather here during the summer months, today's high was 100F with 10000000% humidity like every day here on the east coast and ill occasionally use ac with windows down, but i won't resort to just a/c unless its 100+ and i have to go somewhere important
starting junior year of college next semester and it is in the city (especially compared to where i live bfe, not like nyc but still city) getting stuck in traffic is gonna suck in rush hour, i might even have to put the clutch fan on if truck starts to overheat, hasn't yet cause i don't get stuck in traffic

Yeah it needs a recharge. But, I don't really drive it much in the summer because I have my car out, so I never realize it hasn't magically fixed itself until I go to flip the A/C on and get hit with 90 degree air. Then, I am so cheap I just say "Oh well" and complain about it.

I did try to recharge it last summer, but I had a can of coolant that had nothing in it, so I only got it like halfway charged. Never made it back to get another can.

I love this smiley:

Most of the time its windows down until the temp gets to the point where its just as hot going 80mph so the windows go up and a/c comes on lol Today it was pretty hot actually took the shirt off while driving yes I know redneck but I really dont care lol

my ac never worked since before i owned my truck....i just roll with the windows down and hope that i can get a cool breeze. but since i have to reshape the trans tunnel on my truck to fit the manual trans, i have hole in teh floor and the air blows past the exhaust and right into the cab. it'll turn 80degrees into 110+ real fast

Hmm, only 10000000%? I'm pretty sure it hit 20000000 or maybe even 20000001% here today :P

Yeah, I know, its a rhetorical question... but I feel like answering it anyway. Having the windows down will definately give you better gas milage around town, but having the A/C on will actually give you better milage on the highway!
