I'm new to the Forum. I just bought a Hopkins Basic 4 wire flat plug to put on my 04 Dakota so I can tow my father in-law's boat. Mainly because I cant find a 'Tee' wiring kit in stock at any of my local auto parts/accessory stores. I was wondering if anybody has installed one of these 4 wire flat plugs their self.

My main question is, does anyone know what color wires the: Left Turn, Right Turn and Taillight on the vehicle side are?

 

I answered my own question

Green/Red = Left Turn
Black/Yellow = Running Lights
Black = Ground

Gray/Red = Right Turn
Black/Yellow = Running Lights
Black = Ground
