Hey all something wrong with my direction.When my steering is nearend that making noise (like knocking on door ) . So im thinking if it can be the power steering pomp or the rack and pinion and i can see leaking oil from this area but cant see if its the pomp leaking or the rack and pinion?Thx

 

What is the fluid like and is it still full? Im going to say its the rack but never messed with them so couldnt tell you for sure. I would try to start the truck leave it running for a little see if it drips anything if not try turning the wheel a few times and see if any new fluid leaks.

 

so if its leaking whats that mean???
