Default Like going over rumble bars.....

That is what sound I have coming from the front end of my 2wd 99 dakota. I have replaced BOTH wheel bearings and still get the sound. Here are some clues.....it ONLY comes on at low, in town speeds (less than 25)and ONLY after driving for a while. Almost like it only happens when it gets warm. But it sounds EXACTLY like when you are going over the really small rumble bars in the road, like the ones that warn you when you are going on shoulder or middle of road. I am STUMPED! Again, it does NOT do it while going down highway and also quits when I apply the brakes. It can be making the sound constantly and I can tap brakes and it stops "BUZZZZZ...stop....BUZZZZ....stop" HELP!!! Thanks!!!!
