Once you take the lens off, it will all come off. The lens is what holds it all in the headliner. A small screwdriver is all you need to remove it.

thanks guys...just took the lights off and it took about 30 seconds haha...now cowboy said hey used the wedge lights for his..i got festoon in there already. am i able to just use the festoon lights with my original mounting system?

In my quad cab, I have the tube/festoon lights in the dome and the map lights. No wedge type for me. The online sylvania guide lied lol when it said I had the wedge type in one of them...

i got a bulb with 2 LEDs on it and there not bright at all..gonna return em tomorrow and order ones with more

when i put the led in the light was on constantly but was very dim(even when the trck was off). any way i can stop that from happening?

That's because the bulbs run on such a low current draw (my conclusion based on my observations). Sometimes mine will stay on longer as well, but dimmer. Our trucks are smart and will shut them off if they are on too long in order to prevent draining of the battery.

right. The Dimmer/Delay function via the famed CTM is probably still running current through them because LED's have such a lower draw than filamant bulbs, they drain the dimmer capacitor slower. My Hypothesis.

ive had these leds in for a few months and there starting to flicker now and when i turn em on or get in/out of my truck it looks like a club inside of it haha..anyone know why this is happening? and its both bulbs in the front. back on is still fine
