Unhappy Coil MALF in my 4.7 dakota

Im trying to figure out whats wrong with the 4.7 in my dakota. Its been acting like theres a miss. I pulled the codes with the OBDII and it came up with the code for Injetor coil "F" primary and secondary circuit malfunction. I'm not sure which coil is "F". I assumed they letters coincided with the number of each cylinder. So i ohmed out cylinder 6. It tested fine. So i checked the remaining 7. They also checked out fine. Any ideas, or has anyone ran into this before????

If it has a mis fire, it could definitly be a coil or plug. I guess you could buy one and try replacing one, if it doesn't help, try the next one re using the one you bought. They are super easy to change and would only take a couple minutes.

My dak was having the same problem. It felt almost like a misfire and seemed sluggish. I recommend verifying the gap on your spark plugs. When i started pulling mine out, they were almost three times what they were suppose to be. Once I replaced them, the "misfire" went away and the power came back.
