If you have the stock electric fan on the radiator, you don't need the clutch fan, and when i say delete i mean take it off and toss it in the trash. Or make a windmill out of it.

Simple addons that you can do are these...

52mm Throttle Body
Delete Clutch Fan (if you have the stock electric fan)
Autolite 3923s Spark Plugs
Tune up - napa Brass rotor and cap, and some type of 8.2-8.5mm Wires
Cold air intake, or Open Element intake, anything is better then stock.
4.10 gears
1.7 roller rockers, Crowler, Harland Sharp whatever.

All that **** you can do by yourself besides the gears, if your only looking to spend 1000 good luck, Mopar is not cheap at all...

If you got headers and had a shop install it, along with a cat, muffler, and custom exhaust that alone your looking at around 1000$

Email Sean at hemifever@aol.com he can hook you up with a SCT unit and some can tunes for now 93 octane and 87 octane tunes, that alone is the best bang for your buck at the moment.

Good luck.
My question is why get a smaller throttle body becase mine stock is a 74.6mm

You do realize this thread is 15 years old, right? And that none of the folks that posted here have been active for several years........
