Welcome Twitch. 00DakSport is right, you wont need a special tool in order to take your door panels off. Theres just the screws along the bottom, the screw behind the inside door handle (gotta take that circular cover off to see the screw), and then the one screw up near the side mirrors are and then pull up and out that way you don't break the hooks which allow you to open the door like McNasy said. But welcome to DF, Although I don't have many posts, all of the guys on here I have talked to have been a great deal of help. Hope you enjoy your stay.

Thanks for the info folks.
likely going to tackle the speakers this weekend.

Any tips for the side panels for the back speakers?

Can't wait to get the truck in on Thursday for the exhaust repair...
I like my normally loud truck, but it's almost embarrassing right now. The Exhaust leak stinks so bad, and makes an otherwise beautiful truck look back.

Trying to drive it as little as possible, but given that it's my only vehicle option right now... I have little choice in the matter.
