Default 4.7L engine revs right before a stop

I have a 2001 Quad Cab with a 4.7L engine. It revs a little just before coming to a stop, maybe 200-400 rpm higher, then comes back down. If I let off the brake at this moment when it revs the rpms stay up.

I initially thought TPS or IAC, so I replaced both. Still have the same issue. Also checked my hoses and didn't see anything that lokoed bad or disconnected.

might be a vacuum leak in the brake booster when braking

I would look for a vacuum leak. My rpms would hang around 1200 when I warmed the engine up good or when I would rev the engine in nuetral. It was when the gasket between my TB and Manifold was leaky after I put on a new TB.
