Default Two Part Question

Ok, after doing yet another 700 mile trip I have noticed my fuel mileage sucks! I was getting an average of 12.5 mpg on the highway, doing between 65-70 mph. I have already replaced the plugs, wires, cap and rotor as well as replaced all of the fluids (oil, front and rear diff, transmission and tcase), and I have also replaced the TPS and cleaned the IAC. What could be wrong now? The truck isn't throwing any codes.

My next question, When I turn to the left, dosent matter if it is slow, fast a hard turn or not, I get a squeeling noise. It almost sounds like the brake pad rubbing the rotor, but I have taken the wheels off and checked the pads and the rotor and they are fine, what else could it be? As always, any help is greatly appreciated!

I've heard map sensors help out mpg a lot when you replace them. I get terrible mpg in my truck doing 70 about 13ish. 2nd part of your question to me it sounds like the hub wheel bearing could be going out jack the truck up and grab the tire 12 and 6 and push and pull on it see if its loose.
