Default Dakota 4.7 P0208 code

I'm getting a rough idle and missing at times during light acceleration. check engine light is on throwing a code P0208. #8 Injector and spark plug has been replaced. All wires and connectors appear to be ok. Does anyone have any advice on this problem?

Yes, cleared code several times but after 15-20 minutes of the drive CEL comes on and starts misfiring.
