Default looking to lift

looking to lift my 03 2wd when its out of the paint shop (long story) I know its a 2wd, blah blah blah, so why lift it? Well, I want to. I have seen body lifts and prothane has a coil spacer. I would like to know if 33's can fit. Looking for more ground clearance and a more aggressive looking truck. I have used the search button, but I tend to suck at searches anyhow.

only ones that are made for the 2wds are the fabtech and the doetsch tech, dont know if they are still made, i think the fabtech one was discontinued, both r pretty much the same the fabtech is just more expensive, but both require u to get new rims with a backspacing less than 3.5" and i think they make u replace the balljoints as well

I think I'll be going spacer and body lift and new shocks. I just dont want to spend alot on the truck since it is 2wd, a 4wd truck i could see coughing up the big bucks for a nice lift, but Im really going for just a rugged appearance. Was thinking of a 33" tire on black cragar soft 8's (16", since 15" wont fit on 2003, correct?), but unsure off offset. I would like to go with a 15", better and less expensive tire choices.

a 15" rim will fit, no question. just get the right amount of backspacing.

but u can get 285/75/16 nitto terra grapplers for about the same price as BFG if not a little less. and that is a 11.5in wide tire.

What can I do to just to add a couple of inches? I, too, just want to make it a wee bit more aggressive.

3in Body Lift and 33s would be your best bet. You can also crank your torsion bars and add 2in blocks in the back.

I thought that only the 4x4s had torsion bars?

I want it to be a street beast that just looks a tad more aggressive. Is there a cheap simple way to add 2" to my height from the ground?
