Does anyone know if the newer 2008 4.7 will bolt up to a 2001 dakota (currently has a original 4.7). Will the motor mounts, trans, throttle, etc hook up?

My 4.7 is getting pretty worn and would like to put the newer version of the 4.7 (2008) in it if it doesn't involve a major headache

Looking at the specs at:

It seems to be a much improved version of the 4.7
