Question Shackle Hanger LIFT?

Im thinking about flipping my 4x4 rear shackle hangers so i can get some lift in the rear.

has anyone done this? am i going to run into problems with shocks, brake lines and the drive shaft?

im on a real tight budget and my stock shackles are soon to rot off.

also buddy of mine had these 3.5" lowering shackles i could use if i wanted but i don't know if that would lift it to much or not. i roughly measured the lift i would get and it would be around 3" to 4" in the rear...

apposed to 2" to 3" with the stock shackles that i would have to buy so.

cranking the t, keys in the front.

would really appreciate the help
oh and if any of you have done this what size tires were you able to tuck?

per the FAQ, you can use 2wd shackles and they will get you some lift. The way I look at it, the rear lift is dictated by the front lift, which is dictated by many things. Even on my 2wd, I'm waiting to have everything in-hand for the front, before I order anything for the rear. That way I know everything will work, before I put it on.
