What's your favorite <$100 mod? Be creative!
New guy here - I've owned a ton of vehicles in my day & most of them have a long list of quick & dirty mods to improve the car.
So - I just got my 04 quad with a 4.7 & 4x4. What cool cheap mods can be made & how did you do it?

that is absolutely genius.
I just created a DIY thread on how to install an air intake. Mine will work exactly the same for your 4.7. BTW congrats on the 4.7L quad cab, I just have the 3.7 QC

The air intake is an easy one. $39 total
If you want to be real cheap and dirty, you can skip the air intake idea and just cut/drill holes in the bottom and sides of your air filter housing. It looks ugly as hell, but it will make it a bit easier for the motor to breathe. The intake is the better option.
Replacing your inner dome and map lights with LEDs is cheap and looks nice $15'ish (my quad cab used a total of three 578code bulbs for the map and dome)
So we are at, let's call it, $55.. what else?
I'll get back to you on the rest..
Welcome to the forum. Post some pictures of your truck!

all you do is pull a wire from the tcm going to the pcm, which makes the trans keep power durring the shift, making it snap harder.
