ok after all the adivice was taken and the truck washed and made sure nothing was touching or had fallen the problem is SLOVED!!!!!!!!

The company that the intake was ordered from the filter was not in stock so they sent the upgrade with a plastic cover over the filter.....took it off and put a larger filter with no cover on and now the engine is fine and no burning

So is the verdict the dirty engine bay? Or was something touching?
